Farming tracks how skilled you are at working the soil. It rises when you plant, water, and harvest crops in the garden attached to your house.
What it is for
- Farming plots: Buy your first plot bundle for 2000 gold (4 plots). Expand with 1000 gold per extra plot.
- Crop lifecycle: Plant a seed, water on schedule, protect plant health, harvest when ready. Neglected plants die.
- Sprinkler: The Sprinkler store item auto-waters while you are away from the house city.
- Loots / Harvest Bag: Harvested crops go to your inventory Harvest Bag. Use them for bonuses or sell them.
- Supreme quality: With good Farming skill, timely watering, and a bit of luck (the Horseshoe helps), harvests can roll Supreme (~10% chance). Only supreme crops grant their full special effects.
Skill titles
Weed Cutter → Soil Worker → Harvester → Master Farmer → Lord of the Soil.
In combat
Farming adds only a small direct bonus to fighting power from the skill percentage itself. The real PvP edge is indirect:
- Blood Rose supreme: +10% attack for one hour (shown on Character buffs).
- Permanent +5 skill harvests (Wolf Claw, Ember Fruit, etc.) raise Hunting or Smithing over time.
- Illumara Beans supreme: enemies cannot put trackers on you for two hours.
See Farming Crops for the full crop list.
Tips
- You must be at your house city to manage the garden.
- Leaving your house destroys active plants.
- Water before health drops; dead crops must be cleared manually.
