Bandit
Always-available solo NPC on the PvE tab: daily win rate, gold and XP, 15-minute attack cooldown, no league LP.

The Bandit is a solo training fight on the Fights → PvE tab. The same practical gates apply as in player duels: enough health, no attack cooldown, not jailed in the cellars, and not in Illumara. Bandit fights do not change your win/loss record, league points, or honour fight history.
Requirements
- More than 25 health
- Your attack cooldown ready (bandit fights keep you waiting a little longer than a normal duel before you can strike again)
- Not in Illumara
- Not captive
Win chance
The bandit is not equally dangerous every day. On some days of the month his fighting spirit runs high; on other days he seems slower or more careless. Check the odds on the card before you commit. They reflect today, not forever.
A chest artifact worn in battle can nudge your chances the same way it does against other NPC foes such as corsairs.
Rewards
Victory: You earn gold and experience. You still lose some health, and a piece of gear may take light wear.
Defeat: No gold, but you still gain a little experience. Health loss is usually harsher than on a win, and gear can still be damaged.
Bandit fights never drop artifacts.
Tips
- Useful during your first-hour PvP shield: you can spar, while stronger players cannot challenge you yet.
- Repair kit after heavy sparring so durability does not catch you off guard in a real duel.
- For a night-time challenge with richer loot, see Wight.
