Artifacts enter the world through group quest completion and the two-player Treasure Hunt (Seafaring). Every real participant rolls independently when the activity finishes.

How drops work

  • Each roll uses a per-player percentage (very low, fractions of a percent).
  • If the roll succeeds, one artifact is chosen uniformly from that activity's pool (equal chance among listed keys).
  • Bag full? The artifact is still granted; it appears in inventory when you free a slot (same overflow rule as quest gear).
  • Active Horseshoe adds +0.1 percentage points to your personal roll (e.g. 0.5% → 0.6%).
  • Multiple players can receive artifacts in the same run (independent rolls).

Drop table

Rates are per participating player per completed activity:

Vorgrim still requires supreme Dragonwort from the first joiner and a full alliance roster. See Farming Crops and group quest rules.

Global ownership counter

The Artifacts screen in the game shows how many live copies of each relic exist across Karadiyar. The count updates when instances are created or destroyed (sell, death, murder destroy, etc.) and is refreshed on the client about every 10 minutes.

Auction Hall sales transfer ownership; the global total does not change when the same item changes hands.
