Alliance Stars
Stars earned from contracts; the Overlord spends them to rename, change symbol, or relocate the alliance home city.

Alliance stars are a clan currency introduced with the contract system. They represent collective achievement and let the Overlord reshape the alliance identity.
Earning stars
Stars are awarded when members complete alliance contracts at the end of the day. Each finished contract adds stars equal to its difficulty:
- 1-star contract → 1 star
- 2-star contract → 2 stars
- 3-star contract → 3 stars
Failed contracts grant nothing. Stars are stored on the alliance and visible on the contract board and alliance detail screens.
Spending stars
Only the Overlord can spend stars, from the Star Rewards screen on the alliance detail page:
| Reward | Cost | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Rename alliance | 50 stars | Change the clan name (must still follow naming rules and be unique). |
| Change symbol | 50 stars | Pick a new banner emblem shown on alliance cards and lists. |
| Relocate home city | 500 stars | Move the alliance's founding city to another valid settlement for your race and side. Illumara is excluded. Cannot be used during an active castle siege. |
Spending is immediate and irreversible for that action — choose carefully, especially relocation.
Strategy
Contracts are the main star income. A healthy alliance assigns daily contracts, clears premium slots, and saves stars for meaningful changes rather than impulse renames. Relocation is a long-term investment for clans that want a better home city or forge geography.
