Situations where travel is blocked, including instances, wars, sieges, and kraken participation.

Travel is blocked while you are committed to major activities.
You cannot travel during active instance participation, active war participation, active castle siege participation, or active kraken participation windows.
Travel is also denied if destination is invalid, destination is your current city, you have no mount, you have insufficient gold, travel cooldown is active, or Premium Subscription is required but unavailable.
These restrictions keep wars, sieges, and event commitments meaningful.
