Army Power
How army strength is calculated and how participant power is added during war resolution.

Each war side starts with base army power derived from army size and hero contribution.
At war creation:
- each side gets an army size roll
- base army power is calculated from size scaling
- selected hero stats are added to side power
During war progress, player participants who join the war contribute extra power on top of army power.
At finalization, total side power becomes:
- base army power
- plus joined participant power
The side with greater total wins the war and city control updates according to war-side and city-base rules. Army power is therefore the foundation of every large-scale war outcome.
