Alliance Diplomacy
Peace agreements between alliances, durations, what they block, and who can negotiate.

Not every rivalry ends on the battlefield. Diplomacy lets alliances sign timed peace agreements with other clans — a truce that limits how far hostilities can go.
Who can negotiate
Open Diplomacy from your alliance detail screen.
- Overlord and Counselor can send, accept, decline, and withdraw peace offers.
- Captain can view pending offers but cannot sign treaties alone.
- Regular members see only active peace agreements, not secret negotiations.
Sending an offer
- Tap Sign Peace Agreement.
- Choose a target alliance from the list (alliances you already have a pending or active treaty with are excluded).
- Pick a duration: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months.
- Confirm to send.
The other clan's leaders receive a private message. They can accept or decline. The sender can withdraw an unanswered offer at any time.
What peace changes
While a treaty is approved and not expired:
- Members of both alliances cannot murder each other. Tracking and kill attempts are blocked with a diplomacy message.
- The besieging alliance cannot start a siege against a castle governed by the peaceful clan, and cannot join an attack on that castle as an attacker.
- Honour PvP duels are still allowed. Peace stops assassination and castle wars between the clans, not sparring in the Fights screen.
Peace cannot be broken early. Both sides must wait until the timer expires before hostilities resume.
After expiry
Expired treaties disappear from the active list. Leaders may negotiate a fresh agreement immediately if they wish to extend the truce.
Declined offers remain visible to officers for reference but confer no protection.
Strategy tips
- Short 1-day treaties can cool tensions after a siege without long-term commitment.
- 3-month peace suits farming alliances that share trade routes and want murder off the table.
- Remember that PvP remains legal — peace is not friendship, only a limit on killing and castle assaults between the two banners.
